Caracas).<\/b>-La activdiad estuvo liderada por el presidente del Inces, Wuikelman Angel Paredes y la directora ejecutiva de la instituci\u00f3n, Alejandrina Reyes, quienes felicitaron a los egresados por su inter\u00e9s y perseverancia para formarse en un oficio productivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14888 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/3curso-Panificaci\u00f3n-Dom\u00e9stica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"638\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Como actividad de fin de curso, los participantes realizaron una muestra para la gustaci\u00f3n de los productos que aprendieron a elaborar. Durante el recorrido por este espacio, el presidente del Inces les inst\u00f3 a preparar propuestas productivas en el \u00e1mbito gastron\u00f3mico. Puntualiz\u00f3 que no puede haber formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica sin una base pr\u00e1ctica orientada hacia lo socioproductivo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14889 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2curso-Panificaci\u00f3n-Dom\u00e9stica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"638\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">El uso de harinas alternativas fue pilar fundamental en la preparaci\u00f3n de la muestra, tal como lo destac\u00f3 la participante Yorgelis Gonz\u00e1lez: \u00abaqu\u00ed hemos venido a aprender que con nuestros propios rubros, como la auyama, la yuca y algunos granos, podemos hacer harinas de excelente calidad. En este curso la creatividad es primordial.\u00bb <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14886\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/5curso-Panificaci\u00f3n-Dom\u00e9stica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"638\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Por su parte, el profesor Douglas Arciniegas, facilitador del curso, manifest\u00f3: \u00abEn dos meses desarrollamos al rededor de 35 recetas que hoy estamos mostrando en el cierre de curso.
