style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">La inducci\u00f3n orientada por el profesor Christian Tovar se desarroll\u00f3 con el objetivo de ofrecer herramientas que conduzcan al desarrollo de habilidades para la supervisi\u00f3n y para el mejoramiento del <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">desempe\u00f1o laboral, enfocados en las nuevas tendencias organizacionales para conducci\u00f3n de equipos de trabajo en alto desempe\u00f1o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
