Moreno<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La sede de la Escuela Hotel Inces Guaraguao de Porlamar fue escenario para que un total de 57 neoespartanos firmaran con el Banco Bicentenario los cr\u00e9ditos socio productivos que requieren para impulsar sus actividades econ\u00f3micas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En esta acci\u00f3n impulsada por el Gobierno Nacional que lidera Nicol\u00e1s Maduro y sostenida por la Zona Educativa (ZENE), direccionada por Noris Soto, de la cual fueron favorecidos 17 emprendedores, fueron a su vez beneficiados 40 participantes formados por el Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" el ente crediticio Bicentenario, los hombres y mujeres elegidos podr\u00e1n en adelante concretar sus proyectos mediante los cuales desarrollar\u00e1n sus habilidades y destrezas en el \u00e1rea textil, gastronom\u00eda, panader\u00eda y elaboraci\u00f3n de pasapalos. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span
