Estos se formaron como asistentes administrativoss en uno de los institutos de acci\u00f3n docente delegada asignados por el Inces. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Los aprendices culminaron satisfactoriamente la fase te\u00f3rica del curso Asistente Administrativo y ahora deber\u00e1n poner en pr\u00e1ctica lo aprendido durante un a\u00f1o en las aulas de clases. En esa etapa ser\u00e1n parte del proceso social del trabajo que les permitir\u00e1 participar en la producci\u00f3n de bienes y prestaci\u00f3n de servicios que satisfagan las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, afirm\u00f3 el jefe de la Divisi\u00f3n de la Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, Mart\u00edn Mele\u00e1n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-29406 size-full\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Durante la conferencia con los j\u00f3venes, Mele\u00e1n les record\u00f3 que la formaci\u00f3n de los aprendices es una obligaci\u00f3n civil que deben cumplir las entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas que cuenten con 15 o m\u00e1s trabajadores. \u201cDeben contratar y formar un m\u00ednimo de 3% y un m\u00e1ximo de 5% del total de sus empleados seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 32 de la ley del Inces y el 304 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Nathaniel Zerero de 18 a\u00f1os indic\u00f3 que aspira a ser contratado de forma permanente por la empresa por lo que se esmerar\u00e1 en desempe\u00f1arse eficientemente en todas las labores que se les asigne. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span pol\u00edtica de Estado prepara a temprana edad a los j\u00f3venes para su inclusi\u00f3n al sistema productivo nacional. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><img
