style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>FRANCIS MORENO <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">En un ambiente musical, con alegr\u00eda y entusiasmo, el Inces en la regi\u00f3n insular eligi\u00f3 dentro de un grupo de 12 participantes a la madrina Inces, en aras de celebrar el 60 aniversario de la instituci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">La elecci\u00f3n fue realizada en las instalaciones del anfiteatro municipal de la alcald\u00eda bolivariana G\/J Santiago Mari\u00f1o de Porlamar, ante un panel de invitados que se encarg\u00f3 de escoger a la ganadora. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: j\u00f3venes participantes, quienes cabe destacar todas son formadas en la instituci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del Programa Nacional de Aprendizaje, Unidad Educativa, Chamba Juvenil y otros programas de adiestramiento, respondieron preguntas referentes a la instituci\u00f3n, como por ejemplo c\u00f3mo naci\u00f3 el Inces hace 60 a\u00f1os. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter Tamara Brito, acompa\u00f1ada del cuadro de honor representado por Elximar Ram\u00edrez, madrina del deporte y Cielomar G\u00f3mez, quien se alz\u00f3 como representante de cultura. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">El gerente Alex Andarcia precis\u00f3 que la acci\u00f3n forma parte de la celebraci\u00f3n de una instituci\u00f3n que ha dado mucho al pa\u00eds y subray\u00f3, \u201cestamos orgullosos de que el maestro Luis Beltr\u00e1n Prieto Figueroa, quien adem\u00e1s es margarite\u00f1o, haya tenido la idea de crear al Inces\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span
