LOBO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El centro de formaci\u00f3n socialista (CFS) Eli\u00e9zer Otaiza, ubicado en la ciudad de M\u00e9rida, arrib\u00f3 a su IV Aniversario, dando cumplimiento a sus objetivos iniciales de desarrollar la escuela de gastronom\u00eda en la regi\u00f3n andina e impulsar la formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de turismo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 la gerente regional del Inces M\u00e9rida, Marlibeth Colina, quien destac\u00f3 que fue bajo la administraci\u00f3n del <span style=\"color: #000000;\">presidente del Inces, Wuikelman \u00c1ngel Paredes, entre otras autoridades regionales y nacionales del<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gobierno<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bolivariano<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">y<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Revolucionario, que en el a\u00f1o 2015 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">se inaugura <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de manera oficial <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">e<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ste centro de formaci\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">al servicio del pueblo meride\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">E<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">xplic\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Colina <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">que e<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ste<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">CFS <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">lleva el nombre del <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comandante<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eli\u00e9zer<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Otaiza<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201d en homenaje a uno de los protagonistas <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">la<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">r<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ebeli\u00f3n<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">del<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">27<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">oviembre<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">1992,<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">reconocida<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">como<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">una<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">verdadera<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">uni\u00f3n<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">c\u00edvico<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">militar<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> e <\/span><span style=\"color: style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En este sentido, el constituyentista Pedro \u00c1lvarez, quien tuvo la oportunidad de conocer y trabajar de la mano del Comandante Otaiza durante su paso por el Inces, particip\u00f3 en un conversatorio sobre la vigencia del pensamiento de este soldado de la productos desarrollados durante la formaci\u00f3n a lo largo del a\u00f1o 2019 dentro y fuera de las instalaciones del CFS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p><img
