align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>El Inces Bol\u00edvar a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Adiestramiento en Empresas (PAE) inici\u00f3 el curso de Formaci\u00f3n de Instructores de Empresas (FIE-30)<\/b>, <b>dirigido al nuevo equipo de Maestros T\u00e9cnicos Voluntarios de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>M\u00e1s de 20 expertos en oficios productivos reciben una capacitaci\u00f3n integral, con el objetivo de que desarrollen la acci\u00f3n docente, bajo nuevos enfoques pedag\u00f3gicos,<\/b> utilizando las diferentes estrategias metodol\u00f3gicas para el fortalecimiento de sus competencias en los espacios de formaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: t\u00e9cnico, comunicaci\u00f3n en la acci\u00f3n docente, recursos para el aprendizaje, metodolog\u00eda del proceso de ense\u00f1anza, evaluaci\u00f3n de los aprendizajes y planificaci\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que, \u201ctenemos programando un plan formativo, de aproximadamente 200 cursos<\/b>, donde abarca los talleres o los cursos de Formaci\u00f3n Efectiva de Equipo de Trabajo, Redacci\u00f3n
