Carabobo<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En el marco del 61 Aniversario del Inces se desarroll\u00f3 el II Congreso Pedag\u00f3gico con Consciencia Productiva, evento que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores, jefes de divisi\u00f3n, gerentes y maestros t\u00e9cnicos productivos (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">MTP<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) del Inces, actividad de la cual se derivaron diversas experiencias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Lisbeth Arrioja, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">MTP <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">del <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">entro de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">coment\u00f3 su experiencia desde la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a su juicio<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> esta se \u201cconcibe como el desarrollo integral de las personas con la intenci\u00f3n de mejorar su desempe\u00f1o para incorporarse al mercado productivo de manera consciente e innovadora\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Arrioja destac\u00f3 que desarrollar la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica profesional en nuestro pa\u00eds es importante porque la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico profesional ayuda coadyuvar todos los problemas en materia de productividad y emprendimiento que a la fecha padece el Estado venezolano.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Finalmente la <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">MTP <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> acot\u00f3 que \u201cahora lo importante <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">es<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> destacar que los cambios que amerita nuestro sistema educativo deben estar enfocados en facilitar a los participantes las herramientas necesarias, al igual que la tecnolog\u00eda para desarrollar sus capacidades <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">i<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nnovadoras, creativas y de
