LOBO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Desde el mismo momento que asumi\u00f3 la <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Gerencia Regional del Inces M\u00e9rida, Geldrit Roca<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> inici\u00f3 su administraci\u00f3n con una <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>asamblea de trabajadores en cada uno de los centros<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, con la finalidad de conocer a ciencia cierta las necesidades que tienen tanto los espacios formativos como el personal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> La nueva autoridad inform\u00f3 que entre las tareas asignadas por la revoluci\u00f3n y por el<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b> presidente del Inces, Wuikelman Paredes, est\u00e1 la<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>continuidad de los planes y programas de capacitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n a distancia (EaD) e impulsar la productividad en los diferentes centros de formaci\u00f3n socialista (CFS) <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ubicados a lo largo y ancho de la entidad meride\u00f1a.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Roca destac\u00f3 que, desde que asumi\u00f3 la gerencia regional, ha venido supervisando las instalaciones, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>escuchando al personal y determinando las necesidades<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> que a pesar de la pandemia y el bloqueo econ\u00f3mico, no es un impedimento para asumir nuevos retos, aunado a la voluntad, compromiso y profesionalismo de sus trabajadores.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Se\u00f1al\u00f3, al finalizar el recorrido y supervisi\u00f3n por el resto de los centros, aulas y talleres de formaci\u00f3n, que se tiene previsto <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>una jornada de mantenimiento y embellecimiento cumpliendo con las normativas de bioseguridad que
