font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>YOALICE\u00a0VARGAS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Cumpliendo con el Programa Nacional de Aprendizaje (PNA) que adelanta el Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces), en Yaracuy, en conjunto con las entidades de trabajo, en esta ocasi\u00f3n con la Empresa Alimentos Polar Planta Chivacoa, se realiz\u00f3 el acto de graduaci\u00f3n de diez aprendices en la ocupaci\u00f3n procesamiento del grano de ma\u00edz (Moliner\u00eda).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-49070 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/certificado-procesamiento-grano-5-.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/certificado-procesamiento-grano-5-.jpg 640w, https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/certificado-procesamiento-grano-5--300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La actividad tuvo lugar en las instalaciones de la planta Alimentos Polar, bajo la responsabilidad de los gerentes de la empresa, as\u00ed como de la coordinadora del PNA, Mar\u00eda Espino quien expres\u00f3 que el proceso formativo se llev\u00f3 a cabo durante dos a\u00f1os, en donde los j\u00f3venes aprendieron de manera te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica todo lo concerniente a este oficio productivo, que posteriormente pondr\u00e1n en pr\u00e1ctica en el campo laboral<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Precis\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que desde el Inces se trabaja de manera conjunta con las entidades de trabajo, para formar a los j\u00f3venes del estado, quienes se preparan en ocupaciones productivas, que les permitan ingresar al campo laboral, emprender o continuar una carrera de estudios superiores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-49068 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/certificado-procesamiento-grano-2-.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"464\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/certificado-procesamiento-grano-2-.jpg 640w, https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/certificado-procesamiento-grano-2--300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
