{"id":51353,"date":"2023-05-22T15:31:09","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T19:31:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/?p=51353"},"modified":"2023-05-22T15:31:09","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T19:31:09","slug":"falcon-80-jovenes-en-paraguana-se-preparan-para-ingresar-al-programa-nacional-de-aprendizaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/index.php\/2023\/05\/22\/falcon-80-jovenes-en-paraguana-se-preparan-para-ingresar-al-programa-nacional-de-aprendizaje\/","title":{"rendered":"FALC\u00d3N | 80 j\u00f3venes en Paraguan\u00e1 se preparan para ingresar al Programa Nacional de Aprendizaje"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">** Son muchachos aspirantes a ser aprendices en Pdvsa<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">MIRIAM GONZ\u00c1LEZ VILLAROEL<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El Programa Nacional de Aprendizaje (PNA) del Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces) actualmente se presenta como una gran oportunidad o alternativa para j\u00f3venes entre 14-18 a\u00f1os de edad que quieren formarse en una ocupaci\u00f3n productiva para aportar al crecimiento productivo del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En consecuencia y en esta etapa de transformaci\u00f3n curricular del Inces y, ante los nuevos desaf\u00edos educativos, en el centro de formaci\u00f3n socialista (CFS) \u00abJosefa Camejo\u00bb en Punto Fijo, un grupo de 80 j\u00f3venes aspirantes a ingresar a la empresa PDVSA en el oficio productivo:\u00a0 Secretariado Administrativo, que se encuentran en proceso de captaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n, est\u00e1n participando activamente en procesos formativos adaptados al Perfil Laboral al cual optan.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En este sentido, como la formaci\u00f3n es integral, culminaron recientemente la formaci\u00f3n: Juegos Recreativos como Herramienta para el Aprendizaje, estrategia did\u00e1ctica, la cual permite desarrollar en el aprendiz, una mejor ense\u00f1anza y un aprendizaje significativo en el transcurso de su formaci\u00f3n profesional.
