La formaci\u00f3n se realiza en los espacios\u00a0 de las Misiones y Grandes Misiones, con un total de 16 participantes que estar\u00e1n durante\u00a0 40 horas, compartiendo conocimiento te\u00f3rico pr\u00e1ctico en la elaboraci\u00f3n de panes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-55151 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231019-WA0169-e1697832161826.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231019-WA0169-e1697832161826.jpg 800w, https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231019-WA0169-e1697832161826-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231019-WA0169-e1697832161826-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231019-WA0169-e1697832161826-136x102.jpg 136w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En esta unidad curricular, los participantes aprenden todo lo relacionado a los ingredientes, el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n de la masa, los tipos de harina, \u00a0t\u00e9cnica de elaboraci\u00f3n de los panes caseros y el horneo.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n son formados en conocimientos de higiene y seguridad, el encendido del horno, sus cuidados y todo lo relacionado a los utensilios e implementos para realizar los panes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-55158 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/1697499643335.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/1697499643335.jpg 720w, https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/1697499643335-300x135.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La maestra Ceballos, indic\u00f3 que las participantes manifestaron su inter\u00e9s en aprender la t\u00e9cnica para la elaboraci\u00f3n del pan de jam\u00f3n. \u201cEs un pan muy especial en nuestros d\u00edas de pascuas, los ingredientes que hacen al pan de jam\u00f3n especial son las aceitunas, pasas, el jam\u00f3n ahumado y la t\u00e9cnica del enrollado.
