Hoy la mujer no solo quiere un protagonismo de estar en primera fila, se trata de la satisfacci\u00f3n de poder escalar posiciones con m\u00e9ritos propios. La mujer de hoy es amor, es pasi\u00f3n es constancia.\u201d, expres\u00f3 la participante Mar\u00eda Calder\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En estos momentos el Inces cuenta con herramientas de aprendizaje que permite que las mujeres se formen en unos oficios a trav\u00e9s de la t\u00e9cnica.
