font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>NADIA LOBO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Un total de 210 meride\u00f1os se encuentran en proceso formativo en diferentes perfiles productivos en el \u00e1rea gastron\u00f3mica y turismo, bajo el nuevo curr\u00edculo del Inces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Seg\u00fan las declaraciones del gerente regional del Inces, Geldrit Roca, explic\u00f3 que este n\u00famero importante de participantes representan solo al Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Socialista \/CFS) Eli\u00e9zer Otaiza, con sede en la ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Indic\u00f3 igualmente que los Perfil Productivos con mayor demanda son los siguientes: Panadero, Pastelero,\u00a0 Parrillero, Auxiliar de Protocolo y Productor Agropecuario,\u00a0 \u00e9ste \u00faltimo con sus t\u00e9cnicas de procesamiento de leguminosas, tub\u00e9rculos y cereales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Es importante destacar que cada uno de los Perfil Productivo, contempla distintas Unidades Curriculares (UC) que se estar\u00e1n desarrollando\u00a0 a lo largo de la formaci\u00f3n y en diferentes espacios tales como: entidades de trabajo, comunidad, CFS, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En el caso del \u00e1rea gastron\u00f3mica, los estudiantes\u00a0 estar\u00e1n desarrollando las siguiente Unidades Curriculares (UC): \u00c9tica para la vida; higiene y manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos;
