font-size: 14pt;\">En las instalaciones del Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Socialista Industria se realiz\u00f3 la 8va exposici\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n Pasteler\u00eda y Reposter\u00eda, la cual tuvo una duraci\u00f3n de tres meses y estuvo a cargo del facilitador Landy Carvajal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La formaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la asistencia de sesenta participantes, quienes presentaron diversos postres como turr\u00f3n de coco, quesillos varios, gelatinas, dulces tradicionales, torta de pi\u00f1a, chocolate y tres leche, entre otras.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Johana Rodr\u00edguez, participante de la formaci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo realizar un quesillo de caf\u00e9, sus ingredientes: huevos, leche condensada, leche en polvo, vainilla, ron, caf\u00e9 y maicena. \u201cPara su preparaci\u00f3n, lo primero que se debe realizar es el caramelo, luego se licuan todos los ingredientes y se mezclan en un molde\u00a0 llev\u00e1ndose a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda aproximadamente por unos cincuenta minutos, para luego desmoldar y poner a enfriar\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
