font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">En un acto simult\u00e1neo a la celebraci\u00f3n presidencial del primer aniversario de la Gran Misi\u00f3n Venezuela Mujer, el Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces), en el estado Portuguesa, certific\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 5.000 mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"NOTICIAS| Inces certific\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de cinco mil mujeres portuguese\u00f1as (VTV)\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GDQVxxZaJYk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Al respecto, el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros, pudo constatar v\u00eda telem\u00e1tica como la mujer portuguese\u00f1a se prepara en diferentes ocupaciones productivas, entre ellas soldadura, herrer\u00eda, pintura, fabricaci\u00f3n de cojines, entre otras; oficios que antes estaban destinados solo a los hombres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Por su parte, Aracelis Bello, gerente regional del Inces, destac\u00f3 el impacto de estas iniciativas en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de la regi\u00f3n;
