text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">En el auditorio del Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Socialista (CFS) Eli\u00e9zer Otaiza, se desarroll\u00f3 el acto de entrega de certificado de titularidad y ascenso de cargos de 38 trabajadores del Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces) de M\u00e9rida, cumpliendo con las pol\u00edticas de bienestar y justicia social que impulsa el Gobierno Bolivariano del presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-61287 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/inces-3-e1731620406694.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">En este sentido, y siguiendo las orientaciones del presidente del Inces, Wuikelman Angel Paredes, se trasladaron a M\u00e9rida, Angi Escobar y Gistaily Castillo en representaci\u00f3n de la Gerente General de Talento Humano,\u00a0\u00a0Nielsy Cabrera, donde entregaron los certificados correspondientes a los ascensos y titularidad de cargos a los trabajadores de los centros de formaci\u00f3n socialista (CFS): El Vig\u00eda, La Azulita, Bicentenario, Eli\u00e9zer Otaiza y Comercial M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-61286 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/inces-6-e1731620445509.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
