sans-serif;\">*<em><strong>*En el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del Maestro, este mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de enero el Inces Zulia rindi\u00f3 homenaje al fundador de la instituci\u00f3n, el maestro Luis Beltr\u00e1n Prieto Figueroa, en reconocimiento por su destacada labor como l\u00edder educador del gremio educativo en nuestro pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Desde tempranas horas de la ma\u00f1ana se realiz\u00f3 un acto central el cual inici\u00f3 con la recepci\u00f3n de las autoridades del Inces, palabras de bienvenida, la entonaci\u00f3n de los himnos Nacional y del Inces, una ofrenda floral y finalmente la narrativa de la vida y obra del maestro Figueroa.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: importante, al reconocer la vida de un gran ser humano y de un gran maestro\u00bb, sentenci\u00f3 el gerente tegional del Inces Zulia, Jos\u00e9 Vicente Far\u00edas Echeverri.<\/span><\/div>\n<div llevando el conocimiento t\u00e9cnico profesional, si fue precisamente el maestro Figueroa quien fund\u00f3 este hermoso y poderoso instrumento que el el Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y
