sans-serif;\"><em><strong>**El Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces) Zulia, realiz\u00f3 diferentes reuniones con los responsables de las entidades de trabajo: Corpoelec, Banco del Tesoro y Cantv, con el fin de presentar el Plan de Formaci\u00f3n y Autoformaci\u00f3n de la Clase Obrera.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">En este sentido, las mesas de trabajo se desarrollaron de forma articulada, contando con la participaci\u00f3n del Viceministerio para la Educaci\u00f3n y el Trabajo para la Liberaci\u00f3n, del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, y el Centro de Encuentro para la Educaci\u00f3n y el Trabajo (CEET).<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-62259 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG_20250123_094949_977-e1737728495688.jpg\" alt=\"\" sans-serif;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar, que los encuentros realizados sirvieron para organizar la ruta formativa del Inces Zulia, donde se presentaron las diferentes formaciones que la instituci\u00f3n ofrece para la preparacion educativa y capacitaci\u00f3n de las trabajadoras y los trabajadores de estas empresas p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: de Formaci\u00f3n y Autoformaci\u00f3n de la Clase Obrera del Inces, se desarrolla como parte del Sistema de Formaci\u00f3n y Autoformaci\u00f3n orientado por el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio para el Proceso Social delTrabajo, con el fin de incluir a la clase trabajadora en la fase de formaci\u00f3n que les permita el desarrollo de sus capacidades profesionales y
