text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Con el objetivo de garantizar la identificaci\u00f3n institucional que servir\u00e1 como herramienta fundamental para fortalecer el trabajo de los trabajadores, se inici\u00f3 el proceso de carnetizaci\u00f3n a los empleados del Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces), regi\u00f3n Yaracuy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-62330 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/468671396_2637217536667464_7372951146879128693_n-e1737993058270.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"653\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Desde la gerencia regional del Inces en Yaracuy se cumple con las pol\u00edticas emanadas del presidente de la instituci\u00f3n Wuikelman Angel Paredes, se lleva a cabo la jornada de carnetizaci\u00f3n de manera simult\u00e1nea en todas las regiones del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 el gerente de la instituci\u00f3n, Dalvi Torrealba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Detall\u00f3 que el operativo est\u00e1 coordinado bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la gerencia regional y\u00a0\u00a0la divisi\u00f3n de Talento Humano, inici\u00f3\u00a0\u00a0con los maestros t\u00e9cnicos productivos, quienes laboran no solo en los centros de formaci\u00f3n, sino en las diferentes comunidades, entidades de trabajo, centros de reclusi\u00f3n, entre otros espacios destinado para impartir las capacitaciones Inces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-62328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/468401698_2637217540000797_5227337100223212021_n-e1737993090883.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
