text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>NADIA LOBO<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El gerente regional del Inces-M\u00e9rida, Geldrit Roca, inform\u00f3 sobre la orientaci\u00f3n que reciben los aprendices del Inces, a trav\u00e9s de talleres de Desarrollo y Crecimiento Persona,\u00a0que vienen a complementar la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica profesional en diferentes \u00a0perfiles productivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-62740 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PNA-VIGIA-2-e1740590197660.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">En este sentido, en el centro de Formaci\u00f3n Socialista Polivalente (CFS) El Vig\u00eda, ubicado en el municipio Alberto Adriani, se desarroll\u00f3 el taller Desarrollo Humano, donde participaron 80\u00a0\u00a0j\u00f3venes del Programa Nacional de Aprendizaje (PNA), quienes cursan diferentes unidades curriculares (UC) correspondientes a los perfiles productivos: Analista Contable, Secretaria Administrativa, Mec\u00e1nica y Electr\u00f3nica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Durante el taller motivacional, los j\u00f3venes pudieron trabajar sobre habilidades socioemocionales, desarrollo humano, psicopedagog\u00eda para el progreso personal de los aprendices, bajo el acompa\u00f1amiento de los maestros t\u00e9cnicos productivos del \u00e1rea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El momento fue propicio para que los estudiantes, socializar\u00e1n los conocimientos, habilidades, t\u00e9cnicas y destrezas obtenidos durante su capacitaci\u00f3n, como parte del cierre de proyecto de unidades curriculares de los diferentes perfiles productivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El titular del Inces, explic\u00f3 que la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica profesional que reciben los aprendices, se cumple con dos v\u00e9rtices de la Gran Misi\u00f3n Venezuela Joven, impulsada por el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro tales como: Educaci\u00f3n (\u00a1Vamos a aprender!) y\u00a0 Producci\u00f3n, trabajo y emprendimiento, (\u00a1Vamos a trabajar!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
