font-size: 18px;\">Desde el municipio Matur\u00edn, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una mesa estrat\u00e9gica de trabajo entre el Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces) y el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Servicio Penitenciario (MSP), con el objetivo de fortalecer los programas de formaci\u00f3n socioproductiva para las personas privadas de libertad en el estado Monagas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-64978 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-03-at-3.06.37-PM-e1751991269250.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">La actividad estuvo encabezada por el viceministro de Formaci\u00f3n Educativa y Asuntos Sociales del MSP, Jos\u00e9 Miguel Mu\u00f1oz, quien junto a los equipos t\u00e9cnicos del Inces, Misi\u00f3n Sucre, Misi\u00f3n Robinson, Misi\u00f3n Ribas y la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n para Personas con Discapacidad (Conapdis), discutieron mecanismos para consolidar una oferta educativa m\u00e1s inclusiva y transformadora dentro de los centros penitenciarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-64979 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/inces.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-03-at-3.06.36-PM-e1751991310588.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"481\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Este encuentro forma parte de los acuerdos derivados de la reuni\u00f3n sostenida d\u00edas atr\u00e1s entre el presidente del Inces, Wuikelman Angel, y el ministro del Poder Popular para el Servicio Penitenciario, Julio Garc\u00eda Zerpa, en la cual se ratific\u00f3 la renovaci\u00f3n del convenio interinstitucional orientado a fortalecer la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica profesional en contextos de privaci\u00f3n de libertad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
