El Capit\u00e1n (Ej.) Felix Marchena, coordin\u00f3 junto al equipo del Inces las acciones necesarias para iniciar el proceso de formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Este tipo de alianzas buscan que el personal militar aproveche su tiempo de servicio adquiriendo nuevos conocimientos y herramientas t\u00e9cnicas que les sirvan tanto dentro como fuera de la vida militar.
